5 Ways to Practice Self-Care

Hey fam! Today I’m sharing 5 ways to practice self-care. I think this is an important subject to raise awareness for because when you take care of YOU, you can take care of others. During this time of year, most people put themselves on the back burner (or sometimes they do it all year, and are burned out right about now!). Well I’m here to tell you that YOU are important and deserve just as much care as the people around you.
